Purchasing and Stores Office, which is responsible for the following:

Providing the university's needs for office, scientific, and housing equipment and supplies, including furniture, laboratories, medical labs, computers, and other needs related to the university's operations and activities.

Providing the university's needs for stationery materials and operational supplies, including chemicals, analytical materials, and others.

Carrying out all tasks related to opening letters of credit and customs clearance for the university's supplies from abroad.

Inspection of purchases and ensuring their compliance with the specifications outlined in the purchase contracts, and taking necessary actions regarding any defects or violations.

Ensuring that the warehouses comply with maintaining records and inventory books, making the necessary entries continuously, and keeping item cards and recording the supplied and issued items.

Ensuring the availability of all security and safety procedures and requirements in the warehouses.

Participation in the work of committees and task forces related to the office's activities.

Preparation of periodic and annual follow-up reports on the office's activities.
