Vice President for Academic Affairs
The Vice President for Academic Affairs at the university works under the direct supervision of the President of the university and is responsible for assisting the President in managing all matters related to educational affairs at the university, overseeing the work of the associated departments, and proposing measures to enhance their operations while ensuring their needs are met and monitoring their performance effectively. The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs supervises all forms of academic work, which includes ensuring the quality of curricula, qualifying and promoting faculty members in their respective fields, establishing policies for the admission of graduate students and teaching assistants, registering them, and maintaining academic records.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
One of the distinguished tasks of the academic affairs is to monitor the study and examination program and ensure that they are conducted in accordance with the applicable regulations, as well as to follow up on the procedures for graduate studies, provide training opportunities for faculty members and staff, and facilitate their participation in scientific conferences, workshops, and seminars in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. They are responsible for enhancing and improving the academic work at the university, and they serve as the chair of the Graduate Studies Council, the Quality and Accreditation Council, the general supervisor of the Faculty Affairs Committee, as well as the Council of Scientific Journals of the university's colleges, and also as the rapporteur for the committees responsible for establishing departments and scientific units affiliated with the university.

Faculty Affairs Administration
- The Higher Education Regulation has defined the tasks and responsibilities of this administration, assigning it the duty to carry out procedures related to faculty members and to take the necessary actions to overcome the challenges they face in order to enable them to perform their educational and research duties to the fullest extent.
Quality and Performance Evaluation Office
- The Quality and Performance Evaluation Office at the university is considered the authorized entity through which the internal review and performance evaluation processes are conducted to ensure quality across all academic, administrative, professional, research, and service units, in addition to a set of influencing factors aimed at improving their performance.
Graduate Studies and Training Administration
- The Graduate Studies and Training Department is responsible for preparing and implementing graduate study plans at the university for faculty members, teaching assistants, employees, and others from various workplaces within the university's jurisdiction.
Office of International Cooperation
- Participation in the preparation of cultural agreements that the university concludes with other universities or corresponding scientific bodies.
