The Faculty Affairs Administration is one of the central support departments that plays a pivotal role in supporting the academic staff at the university by providing administrative and organizational services that contribute to enabling faculty members – both national and international – to perform their educational, research, and community service tasks efficiently and effectively.

The administration's tasks include monitoring the procedures related to hiring, transfers, research leave, promotions, and termination of service, in addition to following up on the documents and administrative transactions related to faculty members, while constantly striving to overcome difficulties and provide distinguished services that contribute to improving the academic work environment.

In this context, the director of the administration expresses his sincere thanks and gratitude to the university leadership – both the president and the vice president – for their continuous support and generous trust, which have had a significant impact on motivating the team and enhancing commitment to quality standards and institutional discipline in performing tasks.

The administration always strives for continuous updating and development of its services, based on its vision to support academic staff and enhance their stability and satisfaction, in a way that serves the university's strategic goals in academic and research excellence.

Achieving the aspirations of the university and the community regarding the establishment of a distinguished cadre of faculty members and staff capable of representing the university in the best possible way, and developing their academic and administrative capabilities.

Continuous development of the educational and pedagogical competencies of faculty members and the pursuit of equipping them with the experiences and skills that enable them to contribute to the development of the educational and academic process in all its aspects, in order to achieve the highest possible quality standards for the advancement of this country and the building of its institutions.

Providing exceptional services to faculty members to attract the best talents, motivate them, develop them, and retain them from attrition.
Contributing to and enhancing the level of teaching, and qualifying university faculty members to high and specialized levels through providing training courses and nominating them for scholarships to achieve advanced academic degrees and participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops.
Documenting the relationship between faculty members, staff, and university administration.
Facilitating and improving administrative, financial, and service procedures for all faculty members at the university and achieving quality performance.
Providing a fair regulatory environment based on clarity and transparency.
Creating a database for all university faculty members.
Strengthening the relationships between faculty and staff and facilitating communication among faculty members and staff.
Establishing the use of modern technology and electronic services for faculty members to facilitate their communication with the university and all scientific and academic institutions worldwide.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

The regulations governing higher education defined the tasks and responsibilities of this administration, assigning it the duty to carry out procedures related to faculty members and to take the necessary actions to overcome the challenges they face in order to enable them to perform their educational and research duties to the fullest extent. This administration carries out its tasks through the following offices.
