He is responsible for the contracts of non-national faculty members, the procedures for concluding them, and receiving applications submitted by them for various purposes.
Assisting in taking the necessary measures for the attendance, reception, accommodation, and farewell of visiting professors and examiners to facilitate their performance of scientific tasks.
Monitoring the scientific activities of non-national faculty members and preparing reports on the studies and research they conduct, as well as working on evaluating them.
Organizing the participation of non-national faculty members in scientific seminars and conferences both domestically and internationally.
Carrying out procedures related to the hiring of non-national faculty members from outside the university for teaching and training activities.
Preserving the main files of non-national faculty members from outside the university.
