Establishing partnership agreements with various national and international universities and research centers.
Participation in membership of local and international scientific and research organizations.
Participation in European Union projects and programs related to higher education in Libya.
Develop plans to benefit from international scholarships and training programs.
Implementation of exchange programs for faculty members, staff, and students with national and international universities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Participation in the preparation of cultural agreements that the university concludes with other universities or corresponding scientific bodies.

Monitoring the implementation of agreements, taking the necessary actions for that, and providing reports on their results on an ongoing basis.
It is responsible for the preparation and organization of conferences and scientific seminars held at the university or in which it participates, whether domestically or internationally.
Collecting information and data about the bodies and federations in which the university participates, as well as about its members.
Organizing workflow and distributing tasks among the staff in the administration according to the approved job description.
Monitoring the workflow and ensuring the execution of all office responsibilities and duties.
Supervising the implementation of the office's procedural guidelines and submitting suggestions for their development.
Resolve all administrative issues of the office, take the necessary actions regarding them, and submit reports about them to the relevant organizational divisions.
Submitting periodic and annual reports to the Vice President for Academic Affairs at the university.
Any other tasks assigned to him that fall within the nature of his responsibilities.

Receiving incoming mail, copying it, organizing it, and recording it.
Registration of outgoing mail from the office manager.
Indexing files and storing all documents related to the office manager.
Printing the correspondence issued by the office manager and saving it in electronic files

The effort to involve the university in higher education projects funded through international programs and to benefit from them in a way that serves the university's vision and goals.
Raising awareness of available opportunities for funding capacity-building projects and research projects, as well as supervising and monitoring them.
Establishing a database of internationally funded projects in which the university participates.
Preparation of periodic reports on the unit's work.

Job Description:-

Striving to maximize the benefits from grants provided by local, regional, and international institutions.
Setting up a database of available grants.
Supervision of student exchange programs between the university and local, regional, and international institutions through signed cooperation agreements.
Coordination with the Faculty Affairs Department and the University Registrar regarding faculty members and expatriate students.
Preparation of periodic reports on the unit's work.

Job Description:-

Communicating with local, regional, and international institutions and facilitating the means to conclude memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements with them.
Preparation of draft agreements and their executive annexes and monitoring their implementation.
Communication and coordination with local, regional, and international institutions regarding the activation of Nalut University's membership and benefiting from the programs offered through it.
Coordination and supervision of the organization of scientific and cultural activities.
Coordination and follow-up of participation in attending local and international conferences and scientific and cultural activities.
Preparing a database of international contributions.
Preparation of periodic reports on the unit's work.
