As part of the development of the educational process and the advancement of the new generation towards fruitful education, and to improve the educational process at the college and in the education sector in the municipality of Kabaw, the College of Education in Kabaw organized a workshop this morning, Wednesday, June 7, 2023, titled (Modern Methods in Assessing and Measuring Students), presented by Prof. Dr. Jumaa Suleiman Al-Hajjah, “a professor at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies,” in the presence of Mr. / President of Nalut University, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Masoud Qnan, Mr. / Dean of the College, Engineer Suleiman Abdullah Qandoz, the College's Deputy for Scientific Affairs, department heads, a number of teachers from the Kabaw Education Monitoring, university faculty members, college students, and a group of interested individuals.
The workshop targeted:
– Faculty members of Nalut University.
– Graduating students.
– Students approaching graduation.
Workshop Objectives:
• Identifying modern methods for evaluating and measuring students' educational outcomes.
• Guiding teachers on how to formulate and select exam questions.
• Developing appropriate solutions to the phenomenon of cheating in exams.
