"The First Annual International Conference on Foreign (International) Education"

Professor Mohamed Hamouda, a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Al-Ruhaybat branch, participated in the first annual international conference on foreign education (International Education) held at the International Knowledge University in the capital, Tripoli, on Saturday, August 17, 2024. He delivered a lecture titled (Educational Curricula in the Context of Civilizational Transformation).

The conference was organized in collaboration with :-

– Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions.

– Private Education Administration of the Ministry of Education.

– Private Higher Education Administration of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The conference was attended by the President of Al-Ma'arif University, the Dean of the College of Human Medicine at Al-Ma'arif University, the Director General of the Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions, the Director of Foreign Education at the Ministry of Education, several directors of international schools, and many professors, researchers, and stakeholders interested in the field of international education at various levels.

The first international conference organized by the International Knowledge University aims to advance international education in Libya to achieve sustainable development by creating an advanced and developed international educational space in all fields of various sciences. This is done by bringing together specialized educational frameworks, enhancing cooperation among them, and supporting opportunities for collaboration and research in the academic field.

Conference Objectives:

1. Providing a research platform to study the future prospects of basic and higher international education.

2. Demonstrating the importance of having international higher education to accommodate the outputs of international secondary education.

3. Developing appropriate solutions to the challenges and difficulties faced by international education institutions.

4. Providing information about international education to introduce future job opportunities for international education graduates and how to choose the right major.
