Scientific participation in the First Libyan International Conference on Engineering Sciences and their Applications

Dr. Abu Al-Qasim Abdul Fattah Al-Akhdar, a faculty member in the Department of Geological Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Jadu, Nalut University, participated in the activities of the First International Libyan Conference on Engineering Sciences and Applications held in the conference hall at the Zat Al-Imad Complex in the capital, Tripoli, with a scientific paper in the civil engineering section titled "The Effect of Cracks and Joints on the Collapse of the Yafran Rock Member Parallel to the Nalut Mountain Road in Northwestern Libya." The conference is organized and supervised by the School of Applied and Engineering Sciences at the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies from March 13 to 15, 2023.

The opening ceremony of the conference was attended by the President of the Libyan Academy for Graduate Studies, Prof. Ramadan Al-Madani, the President of the Libyan Authority for Scientific Research, Dr. Faisal Al-Abdali, the President of the University of Tripoli, Dr. Khaled Aoun, the heads of the branches of the Libyan Academy, along with a number of faculty members, as well as many researchers, academics, and participants in the conference activities.
