Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, President of Nalut University, participates in the activities of the General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities in the State of Kuwait.
The International University of Science and Technology in Kuwait witnessed the launch of the 57th General Conference of the Association of Arab Universities, which took place from April 23 to April 24, 2025. The event attracted a select group of academics, researchers, and decision-makers from various parts of the Arab world, with participation from more than 250 Arab universities, as well as representatives from ministries of higher education and regional and international organizations.
Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan's participation in this conference was a confirmation of his keen interest and deep commitment to enhancing academic and scientific cooperation between educational institutions, and to driving development and innovation in the region. This was evident through his active presence in the general sessions and specialized workshops.
In addition, the university president was keen to engage positively with other participants and exchange views on best practices in higher education and university management. His active participation reflected his strong commitment to supporting the efforts of the Arab Universities Union in achieving its noble goals and enhancing the status of Arab universities on the global academic map.
This participation comes in the context of ongoing efforts to enhance scientific and academic cooperation between universities, and to exchange experiences that would contribute to elevating the level of higher education in the region and achieving the aspirations of its people towards a better and more prosperous future.
