A meeting was held on the morning of Tuesday, the 13th of Ramadan 1444 AH, corresponding to April 4, 2023, in the meeting hall of the university's general administration. The meeting included the presidency of Nalut University and the presidency of the Faculty Members' Syndicate at the university, chaired by the university president, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, and attended by the gentlemen:
• Mr. Miloud Zakaria Al-Azabi, President of the Faculty Members Association at the university.
• Dr. Saleh Saeed Al-Alawi, Vice President of the University for Academic Affairs.
• Mr. Mohamed Farid Jernaz, the Secretary General of the University.
• Mr. Adel Suleiman Arafa, Director of Faculty Affairs Department.
• Mr. Mohamed Eissa Zakari from the University Financial Affairs Office.
• Mr. Said Ahmed Al-Eisawi, Director of the Internal Audit Office.
• Mr. Saad Ahmed Omar, member of the Faculty Members' Syndicate.
• Mr. Sadiq Muhammad Omar Al-Tabtash, member of the Faculty Members' Union.
• Mr. Yahya Al-Hajji is a member of the Faculty Members' Syndicate.
• Mr. Riyad Suleiman Jurnaz is a member of the Faculty Members' Union.
The meeting addressed several issues related to the university faculty members, including:
– Discussion of the financial obligations of the esteemed faculty members.
– Discussion of performance rates for faculty members during the COVID-19 pandemic.
– Presenting the issue of new committee members who do not have financial numbers
