The Fixed Assets Inventory Committee for Higher Education Institutions begins its work at Nalut University.
Mr. President of the University, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, received the Committee for Inventory and Documentation of Fixed Assets of Higher Education and Scientific Research Institutions, chaired by Dr. Ibrahim Anouigi, along with his accompanying delegation, which includes Prof. Dr. Nasr El-Din Al-Arabi, Mr. Abdul Moulai Rashrash, and Mr. Ayman Maaloul, in the meeting room at the General Administration headquarters of the university this morning, Tuesday, June 13, 2023. The meeting was attended by the university's Secretary General, Mr. Mohamed Farid Jernaz, Dr. Saleh Al-Alawi, the Deputy for Scientific Affairs at the university, the university's Registrar, Mr. Walid Mohammed Arhouma, and the Director of the Projects Office at the university, Mr. Ayman Sasi Al-Qattous.
The President of the University welcomed the esteemed guests at the beginning of his speech, praising the efforts of this committee in documenting all the fixed and affiliated assets of the ministry. The Chairman of the committee also expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the President of the University for the warm reception. It is worth mentioning that the committee is currently visiting the colleges and institutions affiliated with Nalut University in order to inventory all the fixed and affiliated assets of the university.
The committee's activities on the first day included a field tour of the university's main administration building, followed by a visit to the College of Medical Technology in Nalut and the College of Education in Nalut. The committee continued its work at the headquarters of the Graduate Studies and Training Department at the university, as well as at the Libraries, Publications, and Publishing Department, and the Language Center.
This visit comes as part of the efforts by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to inventory all fixed assets of the institutions under its purview. The committee is set to complete its tasks tomorrow, Wednesday, by visiting the remaining colleges in the city and the facilities affiliated with Nalut University.
It is worth mentioning that the committee had previously visited the Faculty of Science and Arts in Ghadames on June 7, 2023.
