As part of social responsibility: Nalut University organizes a training course for leadership development

Nalut, July 22, 2025 – In a move to enhance its community role, the Community Service Office at Nalut University organized an intensive training course titled "Preparing Leaders."

The College of Economics and Political Science and the College of Law at the university hosted the events of the course this morning, Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

The course targeted the promising boys and youth from the city of Tamzin, and it came in fruitful collaboration with the Tamzin Charity Association and the Tamzin Cultural Center.

Dr. Elias Abubakr Al-Barouni, the university's Vice President for Community Service, supervised the presentation and activation of the course. The training sessions focused on refining leadership skills, fostering a spirit of initiative, and enhancing the sense of responsibility among participants, with the aim of empowering them to contribute effectively to their communities.

This course is part of an ambitious series of programs aimed at enhancing the partnership between Nalut University and civil society institutions, and establishing the concepts of effective leadership and positive citizenship among the new generations in Libya.
