Nalut University holds a workshop on research and scientific journals
The Nalut University held an important workshop titled "Research and Scientific Journals" on the morning of Tuesday, July 8, 2025, in the meeting room of the university's main administration building, due to technical reasons that prevented it from being held in the lecture hall of the College of Medical Technology.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Abdul Raouf Zait, the head of the International Rankings Committee at Al-Zawiya University, in the presence of the university president, Prof. Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, the university's vice president for academic affairs, the head of faculty affairs, and the director of the quality and performance evaluation office, in addition to the academic affairs deputies of the colleges and the directors of the research and consulting centers' offices in the colleges.
The workshop addressed the latest developments in the field of scientific research and the importance of publishing in prestigious scientific journals, in addition to practical guidelines on how to prepare and publish research, as well as an opportunity for participants to exchange experiences and knowledge.
The attendees emphasized the importance of this workshop in enhancing the quality of scientific research and elevating the level of academic publishing at Nalut University, stressing the need to benefit from the recommendations that emerged to strengthen the university's position in international rankings.
