Dr. Mohamed Masoud Qnan, the President of Nalut University, is participating these days, along with the Director of the International Cooperation Office and the General Coordinator of the International Cooperation Office at the university, in the joint meeting of Libyan universities that have signed the Erasmus project regarding the unification of study units and the Union of Mediterranean Universities, held at the University of Rome in the Italian capital, with the presence of several Libyan university presidents and their accompanying delegations.
This joint meeting comes within the framework of activating the Libyan-Italian agreement signed between the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and its Italian counterpart in the capital, Tripoli, last May.
It is worth mentioning that the "Harmonia" project aims to unify the study units among several Libyan universities and Euro-Mediterranean universities under the supervision of the Italian University of Sapiens and the International Cooperation Office at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
